With the great snowpocalypse of 2026 breathing down our necks, we thought it fitting to remind our community how to stay informed of school closures and early dismissals.
Take today or tomorrow to get ahold of your child’s campus and confirm that we have accurate contact information in our database, so you’ll be prepared when the inevitable all-call comes!
There are several ways to stay up to date and be alerted the moment we send notifications about school closures, early dismissals, or any other school-related communication.
• Download the Lincoln CSD app for push notifications
• Text/Email/Voicemail
• Check Facebook or the school website for updates
May you be guided by peace as you trek into the madness of Walmart's and Dollar Stores to acquire milk and bread to sustain you through these trying times.

From local businesses and college visits to nature, agriculture, health sciences, and creative and technical skills, Experience Days expose students to new interests, careers, and possibilities.

This week, our 6th and 7th graders are taking part in a fun Apple-a-Day Challenge. Each day, they visit the Spring Creek Food Hub table to grab an apple. When they bring back their core, they get their card punched, and after four punches, their card goes into a drawing for prizes.
A special thank you to Spring Creek Food Hub for helping us celebrate healthy eating, local farmers, and the joy of fresh fruit.
