Attention: Members of the LCSD administration were notified last night of a possible threat that was posted anonymously on a social media page. The administration immediately notified local and state law enforcement to investigate the post. No evidence of a specific threat was found.
The LCSD has taken precautionary measures throughout the last two school years to better protect all students and staff from any possible threat. We raised our standards and reinforced our safety protocol by employing 4 former and current police officers who are highly trained and capable of providing protective measures with force. These individuals rotate campuses daily and coordinate safety protocols with a proactive approach. Any information that could be considered a direct threat to the students’ or staff members’ safety is immediately addressed with swift action and unlimited resources. We understand the students’ safety is the highest priority. We operate daily under this responsibility to keep our district safe.
We would like to thank the community and local law enforcement for acting in a manner that reflects the highest standards of safety and consideration. Our community will continue to work to keep our students and staff safe. Thank you for your continued support.

We are aware of inclement weather in the forecast and will monitor the situation. Unless you hear otherwise, we will be in session tomorrow.

Well, well, well, if it isn't the consequences of our actions! It's time to talk about Make-up Snow Days! The State of Arkansas doesn't think 'we don’t feel like making up those days' is a valid reason to clean the slate, so we’ve added the following dates to the school schedule to make up for those missed days in January.
February, 12th
March 4th
May 21st - 24th
We know. There will be a couple of long weeks, and it’s gonna be tough, but we believe in us! This too shall pass.

'Girls on the Run' spring season of 24 is coming up! Check the flyers for details about practice times & registration.

Lincoln CSD is interested in applying for a 1240 waiver from DESE to start school a week earlier than currently allowed by law next year. This waiver would allow us to
balance our semesters and have more instructional days before state
assessments. It would also help build in more inclement weather days.
Please take a moment to review the flyer and then fill out our survey so we can make an informed decision about the start of the next school year.

Lincoln CSD received a very generous donation of over 60 pairs of new tennis shoes for our students from Brand New Church in Farmington via Rogelio Cardenas, Youth Director. We are so thankful and proud to see our alumni doing this kind of work! Thank you again!

Last chance to purchase the 23-24 school yearbook on sale! Price increase from $60 to $75 on 1-28-24. bit.ly/3ta7Iip

Pre-K will be closed tomorrow due to inclement weather.
Parents, rejoice! Your redemption draweth nigh. School is back in session tomorrow, January 19th. But students, don't worry – the 3-day weekend is just around the corner to give you a much-needed break from the grueling schedule of a 1-day school week.
It's good to be back! See you bright and early tomorrow!
