Starting in Fall 2025, Arkansas schools will enforce the new “Bell to Bell, No Cell Act” (Act 122), which bans student use or possession of personal electronic devices during the school day, including phones, earbuds, tablets, smartwatches, and more.
The law aims to reduce distractions and promote mental health and stronger in-person interaction. Devices must be turned off and stored from arrival to dismissal, with exceptions for medical needs, IEPs, emergencies, and specific class requirements.

As the school year draws to a close, we have a lot to be appreciative of, and this week we especially appreciate our teachers. They are on the front lines, in the trenches, leading your kids toward a brighter future. They work hard to find unique ways to reach every student where they are, because when our children succeed, we all succeed. We are proud of the work our staff does, and we celebrate them this week.
Happy Teacher Appreciation Week!

🎉 What an amazing night! 🎉
A big thank you to the 86 incredible community members who came out to support our seniors at the Lincoln Scholarship Trivia event! 🙌 Together, we raised $1,700 in entry fees and donations, which was awarded to 10 lucky seniors who walked away with well-deserved prizes. 🎓✨
Your generosity and support make a huge difference. Here’s to community spirit and empowering the next generation! 💙 #LincolnScholarship #CommunitySupport #GivingBack #TriviaNight #SupportingSeniors

Today is 'School Principal Appreciation Day' and we want to take a moment to recognize the incredible leadership our principals bring to our schools. They help create an environment where students feel safe, challenged, and supported, and where teachers and staff can do their best work.
So much of what they do happens behind the scenes, coordinating with staff, supporting families, guiding school culture, and responding to whatever the day brings, from student needs to emergencies, like taking shelter during a tornado warning!
They understand that each student’s path is different and they work hard to make sure every student has the support they need to find success beyond the classroom, whether that means college, a trade school, or entering the workforce. We are truly thankful for the steady, thoughtful leadership they bring each day.

Lincoln CSD is excited to announce that for the 2025-2026 school year, breakfast and lunch will be provided at NO COST to ALL students district-wide as part of the School Breakfast Program and National School Lunch Program.
This opportunity is made possible by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Special Assistance Certification and Reimbursement Community Eligibility Provision.
