LES IMPORTANT DATES

For generations, the Lincoln Wolf has been a symbol of our schools, our students, and our community.

As we build toward July 1, we're excited to share the next chapter of the Lincoln brand.

Our familiar wolf isn't going anywhere. The tradition, pride, and identity that have represented Lincoln for years will remain an important part of who we are.

Instead, we're adding to the brand.

On July 1, we'll introduce a new wolf mark that builds upon our heritage while helping tell the story of Lincoln's future. It's a fresh look rooted in the same tradition that has always united our community.

Heritage + future. Tradition + progress. A familiar wolf. A fresh look.

The Lincoln experience is about more than academics and athletics.

From student organizations and clubs to performances, competitions, special events, and everything in between, some of the most memorable moments happen outside the classroom.

Historically, extracurricular activities haven't always had a dedicated place to shine. As we build toward July 1, that's changing.

We're working to give activities, organizations, and events a stronger presence across our communication platforms so students, families, and our community can better celebrate and stay connected to everything happening at Lincoln.

Staying connected to Wolves Athletics is about more than game day.

As we build toward July 1, we're excited to share another update designed to improve the experience for student-athletes, families, coaches, and fans.

Beginning July 1, Lincoln Athletics will have a dedicated athletics website and mobile app experience. Families will be able to follow their favorite teams, receive updates, view schedules and scores, access rosters, and stay connected through athletic communications all in one place. The Wolves athletics app will provide team-level communication tools and live notifications, helping keep coaches, parents, and athletes connected throughout the season.

Whether you're checking a game schedule, following scores, or staying informed about team updates, everything Wolves Athletics will soon have a new home.

Introducing "Rooms" in the Lincoln CSD App

Staying connected to your child's education shouldn't require checking multiple apps, emails, and websites.

As we continue building toward July 1, we're excited to introduce Rooms, a new communication experience designed to strengthen connections between families, teachers, and schools.

Built directly into the Lincoln CSD App, Rooms brings classroom announcements, school updates, and secure two-way communication together in one place. Families will know exactly where to go for important information and conversations with their child's school.

Whether it's a classroom reminder, a school announcement, or a message from a teacher, Rooms helps keep everyone connected and informed. The goal is simple: better communication, stronger partnerships, and greater support for student success.

This is just one of several updates we'll be sharing as we build toward July 1.

From academics and athletics to activities and communication, we're preparing to launch new tools, new experiences, and new ways to access the information that matters most to you.

We'll also be unveiling a refreshed digital experience for Lincoln, including new websites, new communication platforms, and a new addition to the Lincoln brand family.

July 1 marks the beginning of a new chapter for Lincoln, and we can't wait to share what's next.

Stay tuned as we count down to July 1.

spring break meal distribution

While today brought sunshine and warmer temperatures, many of our rural roads remain in poor condition. Coupled with freezing temperatures expected this evening, which will refreeze slush into ice, bus routes will remain difficult to navigate. As a result, school will be canceled for Friday, January 30.

No school on Thursday, January 29th!

Because our bus routes span a large number of rural roads, continued poor road conditions make it difficult to safely pick up students. As a result, school will be canceled for another day. We will evaluate conditions again tomorrow and determine plans for Friday.

It’s official! Another snow day is on the books. No school on Wednesday, January 28th.

As road conditions across our district remain poor and, in some areas, impassable, we cannot safely run our bus routes, making it necessary to cancel school for Wednesday.
